Mediation - Half Day

$375/per party for a minimum of three hours. See cancellation policy.

No mediation schedule is confirmed until each party has paid their share of the fee.

In the event that there are more than two parties, the third and fourth party pays an additional $150 per hour to the base rate of $375.

Mediation - Full Day

$750/per party

When a full day of mediation is expected, the rate will be $750 per party, based on eight (8) hours. See cancellation policy.

Parent Coordination/Facilitation

$1,000 ($500 from each parent) - non-refundable to begin the intake process.

The initial $1,000.00 retainer is equal to five (5) hours of services (2 parents x 5 hours x $100.00) for each parent. Fees are charged per hour, rounded to the nearest 15-minute increment, based on the fee schedule below. This includes reviewing documentation, records management, meetings, correspondence, phone contact, email, and consultation with other family service providers. Typically, the retainer is split 50/50 between the parents, unless decided otherwise or the judge has ordered another split for each parent. Services may be charged against the retainer provided that the parties continue to replenish the retainer when billed. Once the retainer reaches $250.00 or less, the parties will be notified to replenish the retainer. Should services no longer be required, refunds will be issued only if there is remaining retainer on account for the case, and then only up to the amount in excess of the initial non-refundable retainer on the account. Should one side fail to provide full payment, any issues of reimbursement may have to be addressed to the court.

Quick Reference

  • If the mediation extends past eight (8) hours for a full-day or three (3) hours for a partial-day, then each party will be charged the hourly fee of $125. Please be prepared to provide a check at the mediation for overtime fees or bring a credit card to use our PayPal option.

  • If this fee schedule needs modification for your case, I would be willing to negotiate a more convenient rate.

  • A cancellation fee of $500, or $250 each party, will be charged to the canceling parties for a mediation canceled fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled mediation date. Otherwise, mediation fees, once paid and scheduled, are non-refundable. If the mediation is rescheduled and conducted, I will apply any funds more than the $500 cancellation fee toward the rescheduled mediation. I will make every prudent effort to work with you, your client, and your schedule.
